MS Communications IPTV Users Guides

We saw that television was going to be a must-have service for independent telcos to stay profitable and competitive as early as 1999. We also recognized that using new technology can sometimes be a frustrating and intimidating endevour (did you ever get the clock on your VCR programmed?). That is why we knew your upcoming video customers would want a guide that was easy-to-use, easy-to-understand, and that could lead them step-by-step through nearly every feature offered by your service. After all, digital video services aren't your dad's old analog cable TV. It offers so much more...but you have to know how to use it.

That was the birth of our Users Guides. We began development of the first guide over 5 years ago. Since that time we have sold tens of thousands of them to dozens of telcos...many of them are repeat customers many times over.

And because telecommunications is an ever-evolving, rapidly advancing industry, we have worked with the industry's biggest names to make sure no matter what platform you use to deliver your service, we will have a guide to help your customers make the most of it.
